Quality of the collar is extremely nice, my pup has a 28 inch neck and the fact this collar adjust from smaller sizes to his size no problem is great. Absolutely love this collar! I have a 5 month old red nose pit puppy and I ordered the medium size definitely a little big but he still has a a lot of growing to do.
Very impressed with the collar and leash I purchased. It is extremely durable and made of high quality materials. My bully is strong and loves to pull, but with this collar and leash , I feel way more comfortable and confident walking my dog as it won’t snap off. I will definitely be purchasing another collar and leash and a harness very soon!! The service was fast as well! Highly recommend!!

If I pull him by the handle ,the buckle will dig into his esophagus,, that's what I definitely don't want to do..I guess I should have checked your sizes better. can't go tighter to adjust or loser won't work either.🤨

We offer a size exchanges within 30 days if there is NO Embroidery. There are NO refunds or exchanges for customized items. To exchange all fur & smell must be removed from the gear before returning.

Yes, If you do not add your dog's neck size, it is possible that the lettering in your dog's name will be covered by the adjustment clamp when you fit it to their neck.
