Love these harnesses. I have tried many and it was all money wasted. These are truly a no pull harness. My boy Chester the AM Staffy x was awful to walk, with this harness and lead I was able to pull him up and has walked beside me since. ( I mean I do have to pull him up at the beginning of every walk but only once now) as for my girl Luna she always wants to walk ahead, she too has improved.

So far so good! Fit was on point! Make sure to measure your dogs neck. The Stitching is awesome, the customized Stitch was also really really good. Over all, its fit, look, and quality have been really solid. Only time will tell how good it'll hold up. Thank you!!

Helped our pitbull/english mastiff/boxer mix Lucy stop pulling in just one walk. Very durable and flawlessly built. Super heavy duty and the best harness we’ve had for any of our dogs. We tried 3 different harnesses before this one and wished we would have just went with this one from the start. Very impressed and pleased. Got a medium for my 65 lbs Rottie, Pittie, German Shepherd, Boxer mix. She is only a year and still pulls sometimes even after obedience training. After using the harness she stopped pulling so much. She loves going on her walks and this is her go to. This is the 3rd product I've purchased from Summit Hound and it won't be my last.

I’m extremely satisfied with this harness! 🥰 I’ve tried several different brands before finding this one, and it’s the only one that fits my American Bully, Arès, perfectly. 🐶❤️ It’s comfortable, well-suited to his body shape, and most importantly, it stays securely in place. I was happy with the collar the color the print but I thought the collar was around large but as you see how much room is there so II did get her neck size 16 in that's with out the two finger space plus I got on leash that's needed I also received just the collar in the plastic bag in the picture

I’ve been searching for quite some time to find a true “no-pull” harness that could fit my dog correctly. I have an American Pitbull Terrier, so it was difficult to find a harness that fit him well while also being reliable and sturdy; I am so glad to have found the Summit Hound Harness as it has checked all of the boxes! I’d recommend 1000%. The adjustable straps around the shoulders and chest are amazing as it can be fit perfectly to him. This harness has been a complete life changer and the quality is above superior. (For reference, my dog is about 68lbs. and I ordered a Large).

I couldn’t take NALA my 90 pound euro boxer for a walk without her walking me until I got this harness & leash combo. What a game changer….. we are not only walking every morning but enjoying our walks as well - don’t hesitate on getting this - you’ll be so happy that you did - the quality of this harness & leash is insane - they thought of EVERYTHING- there is a area on both left and right side of harness that leash guides thru to give you control on keeping your dog on either your left or right side during walk! Also leash has two handles 1 down low for tight control to keep dog close and one handle at end of leash…. The lower handle is so important to grab in emergency situation- especially if your walking a very big strong dog- Love it ♥️

My favorite harness I’ve ever purchased. We’ve used it for a couple days now with our 8 month old 70lbs pitbull puppy. She doesn’t have the best leash manners at times. This has really helped make walker her a more enjoyable experience for all of us. We are able to put the focus back onto training and she seems comfortable. No marks of chaffing. No pulling (well maybe alittle pulling) but vastly improved overall. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with a bully breed.

Friends, what took me so long? My six year old pit is a pretty extreme puller. I've used a gentle leader for a few years, which helped but she hated it, rolling in the grass to try and get it off. Walking her without it, was hellish and getting yanked around made walks seriously unpleasant (and in some circumstances, dangerous). She adjusted to this harness after the first wear and I'm honestly floored at what a game changer it's been. I haven't even used the front clip yet because even the back clip has made such a huge difference. I'm not dreading our walks anymore - thank you Summit Hound!

We LOVE the harness! The hardware is sturdy, easy to use and looks like it will hang with the big dogs for years and years! Material is thick and durable, but breathable, as well as comfy to the skin. Love the bright pink color option for the girls!

Very recently, my girl Daisy here, has lost yet again another engraved name tag, I've lost count how many I've bought for her now. I decided to give an embroidered collar a try, but when seaching the internet for a reliable collar with sturdy metal hardware, I just wasn't finding what I thought would hold up. I remembered seeing a few videos on Facebook or Tiktok one, of a couple who had collars especially for bullies, but I hadn't seen any of the videos in a while, so I couldn't remember their names, or their company's name in that moment. I took to looking on Etsy, scrolled long enough, and recognized the collar I had seen on social media. "Summit Hound", that's them! Saw their collars and knew right away that I had to give one a try! That is when I realized they even offered a harness, which I was actually in need of a new one. So I checked out their website, and loved that they offered the harness in not only black, but pink too! They were even having a fourth of July sale! I measure Daisy's neck at the base as it says to for the collar (16.5"), as well as her chest (30") for the harness. According the the sizing chart, she should be good to go in the Medium collar (16"-23") and the Medium harness. Two days after I submitted my order, I received an automated email, asking if I measured my dogs neck, that if I hadn't placed the measurement on the order, that the adjustment clip could cover their name and I should reach out. I rechecked the order form, I did in fact put her measurement on there, so I didn't think anything else about it. I received my order, in less than two weeks, which was faster than I was expecting. Upon opening my package, I was really impressed with the bright pink colored harness and collar; I went with green thread color for the embroidery in hopes it would stand out and I was so right, I LOVE IT! The sturdiness of the hardware on both the harness and collar, I believe will hold up for a long time on the biggest of the big dogs! The material on the harness and collar seems it is highly durable and will be comfy for my Daisy girl. The embroidery done on the collar, her name is pretty clear and crisp and done well, I also opted to have my phone number embroidered, and had it blurred in the photos, however, I realize the phone number embroidery had to be done in a smaller font size, but it doesn't seem as crisp as her name, but its definitely still legible. In the the first few photos, I hadn't adjusted the collar but to where the embroidery began, it fit, but was just a little more snug than what I preferred. The last photo, it is where I feel like it should be, compared to before, possibly a half inch too much even, as I was trying to make the "D" show through the adjustment clip, and for someone to still be able to read her name. When I placed my order, and I noted her neck size, I was thinking that it would help them know where to embroider on the collar. I still love the product(s), I just am not 100% happy with the placement of the embroidery. Nonetheless, if she and I were to get separated, someone could easily figure out her name, and could easily contact me about her, so long as the embroidery holds up, which was my sole reasoning for purchasing this particular collar to begin with!

I took my 90 pound Euro Boxer for a walk this morning to try out her new Harness - Not once did she pull me or choke herself….. the harness stayed in place the entire time - the leash has a handle at end of leash and ALSO another handle down low to grab when you need to keep your dog close to you!!!! Who ever thought of this is a genius- my only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner!! I’m so happy that I’ll be able to walk her every morning now - thanks to this AMAZING harness!!!! Don’t hesitate on buying this harness - it’s a game changer ♥️♥️♥️

I ordered the small because it says it’s 12-15.5 inches and as you can see in the photo my dogs collar is 15” and it’s loose on her! And the one you sent me is only 13” and will not get any larger. I have contacted customer service but haven’t heard back since I sent the picture to them.

Delivered in good time. Great quality and I love the metal clasp. Easy to undo with one hand once you get the hang of it. It is heavier than expected, and would suggest something different for thinner neck dogs. Perfect for my Rottweiler though! I will be recommending to large dog owners I know.
