Step 1: Fill a bowl with warm water, dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and soak the collar for 15 minutes.

Step 2: After soaking the collar, rinse the collar to remove excess dirt before scrubbing.

Step 3: Scrub the collar with a brush, being careful around the embroidery.

Step 4: After scrubbing the collar, rinse thoroughly in clean warm water.

Step 5: Dry collar with a towel, making sure any metal hardware is completely dry.

Step 6: Allow the collar to dry overnight or until it is dry to the touch.

Size Guide

Measurement should be taken around the lower part of your dog’s neck, simply measure the widest part at the base of the neck as this is where the collar is going to sit. This size chart is based on min-max measurements.
